CIE returns to accommodate startups
CIE IIITH opens its doors and resume operations with all safety precautions and guidelines amid the pandemic. The incubation space in addition to lab and prototyping facilities are now available to Startups.
Applications for Avishkar and Ojas are now open!
Call for applications are live for CIE’s flagship accelerator programs - Avishkar for Deeptech(AI, AR/VR, Computer Vision, Robotics, NLP etc.) startups & Ojas for Medtech(MedTech, Life Sciences, Bio-Technology, Diagnostics, Wellness or building devices for Health Care along with emerging technologies) startups. The centre aims to support startups through Tech and Biz mentoring in consort with funding up to 40L per Startup. Startups will have access to all the lab facilities, faculty and the Deeptech community.

The call ends on 15th August.

RoundTable Session on - Research connect for startups, leveraging to create market value.

Deep technologies are new and noteworthy advances over technologies that are currently in use. Deep technology has extensive research or R&D at its heart for bringing the seed to the market to cater to the needs of customers. CIE IIITH organized a Roundtable with 7 Startup founders, 5 on a panel with 2 other as the moderators, to understand the nuances of why and how do they seek research connect. 17th July 2020

Due to increasing demand for homecare, the global remote patient monitoring devices market is expected to have a compound annual growth rate of 14.94% over the forecast period of 2020-2027. Tide 2.0 HackathonCIE in collaboration with MeitY, Government of India has launched Startup Hackathon which is being conducted to support Entrepreneurs and Startups working in areas of Societal importance through integration of new and emerging technologies to make scalable and sustainable products/solutions. Hackathon will be conducted over a duration of 7 days and includes Idea/Opportunity validation bootcamp for all shortlisted teams. Selected teams will be eligible for EIR program under TIDE 2.0
