We are excited to share with you the next edition of the half yearly CIE IIITH demo day. Startups from Avishkar (deeptech accelerator), Ojas (med tech accelerator) and few other micro-accelerators are featured in this edition.

Our portfolio startup APXOR gets featured by Google Cloud.

Apxor has been associated with CIE since 2017, and we have proudly watched Apxor build a strong tech product right from the campus of CIE.  Apxor is an App Experience platform which helps mobile apps deliver real time, contextual and personalized app experiences to convert and retain users. 

This Google Cloud's case study shows how Apxor improves user experiences of millions of users by churning billions of data points. 
Our portfolio startup Scholr gets Acquired by Byjus

Scholr,  edtech startup was part of 2nd cohort of CIE IIITH's deeptech accelerator in 2016. We are proud to see their growth and now acquisition by Byjus

Byju’s acquired Scholr for a deal that’s said to be worth between 150 million rupees and 200 million rupees (US$2.1 million and US$2.8 million).

Scholr helps students between grades 6 and 10 solve their doubts as they study through its video-based application that is available on mobile phones.

NLP HACK 2021


MEITY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) & CIE IIIT Hyderabad conducted Indian Language Hackathon (NLP HACK 2021) on 2nd and 3rd April. 10 teams have participated in hackathon. Teams worked on solving problems leveraging language API's from LTRC IIITH.

The winner of hacakthon is startup 'FutureSwift', Demonstrated use of Indian Languages Machine Translation search on English Knowledge Base.
