First Customer & Product Strategy

 

  • Objective:

To help startups validate idea and help in taking their product to market by targeting the right customers. Also help them to focus right revenue model and designing the right revenue stream under the selected model.

  • Duration: 

A 2 month program to have a MVP in place. By the end of the program startups must have a validated revenue model and GTM strategy by feedbacks from real customers.

 

  • Outcomes:

Product market Fit and Problem-Solution Fit corporate collaborations, Real customer feedback and facilitated 1st customer connect

 

  • Stage of Startup:

Pre-seed/ seed/ Post seed/ Acceleration stage/ Low on customer satisfaction and engagement/no deal close.
