  • Program:

Product Strategy 101

 

  • Objective:

To help startups in Go/ No-Go decision on whether the idea and opportunity is compelling and viable enough. Explore alternatives that could be more promising. Understand the broad plans for the idea and the path to markets.

 

  • Duration:

2 month program to have a MVP in place starting with a boot camp followed with 4 mentoring sessions and a demo day to corporates, industries for collaboration/ technology transfer.

 

  • Outcomes :

MVP, Product market Fit and Problem-Solution Fit corporate collaborations.

 

  • Stage of Startup:

Pre-seed/ seed/ Post seed/ Acceleration stage/ Low on customer satisfaction and engagement/no deal close.

  • Bootcamp: Idea & Opportunity Validation by experienced product manger/ Successful product startup founders.
  • Mentor session series
    • Problem/ Need/ Market opportunity
    • Solution/ Value proposition/ USP
    • Competitive Positioning/ Go to Market/ Customer segment/ Alternatives

  • Program:

Product Co-Creation

 

  • Objective: 

To help startups build products with the help of IIIT’s research labs and professors and Jointly produce a mutually valued outcome.

 

  • Duration:

A 2 month program for each cohort. By the end of the program startups to have a right product with feedbacks from stakeholders and inputs from research advisory and lab support.

 

  • Outcomes :

Validation of technology use in the product based on inputs from the relevant research lab. Access to IIITH technology integrated and deployed, IP. Technology road map.

 

  • Stage of Startup: 

Early stage (full time founder and a basic prototype with probable market opportunity).

Structure of program:

 

  • Root node: Technology need assessment
    • Technology need of the startups would be accessed and the relevant connect with the experienced Professor would be facilitated
  • Mentor Session Series
    • Review of technology and advisory by IIIT Professor
    • Access to IIIT technology, training AI tools and techniques, modelling
    • Pre and post deployment advisory for tuning and improvising the solution based on the real-life scenarios
    • IP advisory and technology Strategy mentoring
  • Additional Consideration- Co-development and co-building of technology ( Lab support)

Go-to Angels (1+ Cr)

 

  • Objective:

To get startups ready for investors by giving a crisp and clear articulation of problem, opportunity, solution, value proposition, GTM readiness, near term plans and validation through pilots.

 

  • Duration:

1-month program to have a pitch in place that is investment ready starting with a bootcamp to level set the knowledge followed by 4 powerful mentoring sessions, one trial pitch presentation and a final demo day.

 

  • Outcomes :

  • Strategy/GTM review and tweaks.
  • Refined Pitch deck in investor formats. Pitch basics
  • Pitch to investors. And ongoing access to CIEs network

Startups that have done all legwork/ have the product/some traction/ looking to raise  1Cr+

    • Pitch version 1 – Content Correction: Market overview, problem, solution, strategy planning, core value, customer segments, competition & differentiators, GTM plans & channels, revenue model
    • Pitch version 2 – Readiness & review: VISUAL- design/ flow aesthetics with White Cloud
    • Trial pitch and guidance on how to pitch.. by investor panel
    • Investor Pitch – Final Demo Day

  • Objective:

To help startups take their product to market by targeting the right customers. Also help them to focus right revenue model and designing the right revenue stream under the selected model.

 

  • Duration:

A 2 month program for each cohort. By the end of the program startups must have a validated revenue model and GTM strategy by feedbacks from real customers.

 

  • Outcomes :

Real customer feedback and facilitated 1st customer connect

 

  • Stage of Startup:

Post seed/ acceleration stage/ looking for customer evaluation and feedback
