First Revenue GTM

 

 

  • Objective:

To help startups take their product to market by targeting the right customers. Also help them to focus right revenue model and designing the right revenue stream under the selected model.

 

 

  • Duration:

A 2 month program for each cohort. By the end of the program startups must have a validated revenue model and GTM strategy by feedbacks from real customers.

Real customer feedback and facilitated 1st customer connect

    • customer acquisition / 2nd most compelling for easy access
    • pitch preparation for customer readiness
